Should I send a physical copy of the poster to the Biennale Office address?

No, the initial evaluation of works is based solely on submissions made using the form on the website. The authors of works that pass the selection process and qualify for the Main Competition of the 28th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw will be asked to send physical works in direct correspondence. Works qualified for the Thematic Competition will be printed on-site - we do not collect physical copies of posters from participants.

My work has been qualified for the Main Competition, but I'm afraid that the shipment from my country will not arrive on time. What should I do?

Do I have to pay to participate in competitions?

No! Participation in the 28th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw is free of charge.

My work has been selected for the exhibition, but I won't be able to come to Warsaw. Will I be able to see what my work looks like at the exhibition in some other way?

Yes! We strongly encourage you to visit the main and accompanying exhibitions of the 28th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw, but if for some reason you cannot join us to celebrate this year's edition - follow our social media. All exhibitions will be richly documented. You will definitely find your poster there!
